OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

We build our sukkahs using an elaborate multi-step process which we have developed and refined over the past 17 years. The process includes sales forecasting, material requirements planning, purchasing, staffing requirements & scheduling, power tool rentals, jig design & setup, and culminates in an all day flurry of construction activity accompanied with fresh bagels and home brewed beer.

Pre-planning
We have developed a sophisticated computer model that contains parts explosions, component requirements and bills of material for each size sukkah. We enter the costs of the raw materials and the quantity of each size sukkah that we want to build and the model does the rest. The output includes the amount of materials to buy and the direct costs per sukkah.
